Just because you are getting married in a field or barn doesn't mean you can't have an elegant menu, a perfect wedding breakfast for a perfect day means the most here at DB's, we love to create and think outside the norm!

Everything we do is with you in mind, below we have just a few ideas to tantilise and excite, not what you had in mind, let's get our heads together and make it yours! 

 

 Goat cheese mousse with textures of beetroot

Artichoke and pear pannacotta with hazelnuts 

Apple and parsnip cream with welsh rarebit

Baked camembert blueberries and sourdough

Involtini micro herbs and balsamic 

Cremenion with truffle oil and parmesan crouton

Carbonades flemandes (braised beer and beef stew)

Homemade Three hills ale and steak pie

Goat cheese butternut and pesto pie 

Mushroom and artichoke strudle with tarragon cream sauce

Jackfruit parcels with puttanesca sauce

Slow braised Lamb shanks in port and blackberries 

Roast pork homemade spiced apple puree and crackling

Pan roasted cod with parsley and cornichon cream

Pan seared salmon with hollandaise and parmesan


All of the above served with complimenting potatoes (of choice) and seasonal family served vegetables.
